Survey Says…

G2, the world’s leading business software review platform, polled users in 2021 on Dynamics 365 vs Acumatica. They asked the participants in the poll questions across eight categories related to ERP systems:

  • Product Direction
  • Likelihood to Recommend
  • Meets Requirements
  • Ease of Use
  • Quality of Support
  • Ease in Doing Business With
  • Simplicity of Admin
  • Ease of Setup

How did the solutions do? Acumatica swept in all categories, achieving scores in the 80s and 90s.

Particularly striking was how real users viewed the product’s future direction. They expressed they believed Acumatica was a solution that they could grow with and one that would grow with their business needs.

Eighty-nine percent of those polled also said they would be likely to recommend Acumatica to another user, while only 70 percent of those polled said the same for Dynamics 365. Acumatica also had most users behind it with how readily the solution met requirements, how easy it was to use, and how strong the support provided by Acumatica was. Dynamics 365 only scored 70, 64 and 69 percent respectively in those categories.
