Today, I would like to dive a little deeper into the updated user interface that is offered by the latest Acumatica release.
Acumatica 5.0 user interface an improvements:
- A flatter, more streamlined appearance – Visually appealing and easy to navigate, the Acumatica 5.0 user interface emulates the flat design aesthetic that’s become popular among modern websites. Because it looks and feels similar to many of the websites people already use on a daily basis, new users and Acumatica veterans alike will feel right at home.
- Personalized branding capabilities – Easily customizable, Acumatica 5.0 is an ERP system that you can make match the look and feel of your brand. Change the logo, log on picture and color scheme, all without any design or coding experience.
- More natural navigation – Quickly access the information you need. In Acumatica 5.0 the navigation has been redesigned to work more like users think. For example, now if you click on “Customers” in the side navigation panel, you will be taken to a list of customers. Not the customer information entry screen as was the case in previous versions of Acumatica.
- Improved data sorting and filtering – Easily filter the data in Acumatica 5.0 to find exactly what you need. Each of the data tables/lists in Acumatica 5.0 offer a variety of predefined filters which you can use to rearrange the data and quickly locate what’s most important to you. Better yet, the lists you create using these predefined filters are fully editable and can be personalized without any programming experience.
